Hours of Carnival Operation:
- Friday: 12:00pm – 11pm
- Saturday: 10:00 am – 11:00 pm
- Sunday: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Hours of Show Operation:
- Show Dates: September 20, 21, 22 2024
- Gates Open at 8 a.m. on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Arts & Crafts, Exhibits, Demonstrations, and Displays close at 6 p.m. Friday-Saturday, 5 p.m. Sunday.
- Truck Pulls: 7 p.m. Friday; 6 p.m. Saturday
Cost:
$20 on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
$15 for Seniors (65+)
Free for children 12 and younger
Online tickets — $15 Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Block tickets — 10 for $125 can be obtained before the show. Call the office for details. No block tickets will be sold after noon on the Thursday before the show.

2024 Field Day Of The Past Map
2024 Tractor Pull Classes and Rules
The 2024 Tractor Pull will be managed by the Central Virginia Antique Tractor Pulling Association. Registration begins at 8 a.m. on both Saturday and Sunday, September 20 and 21 . Pulls begin at 9 a.m. daily. ALL PULLERS WILL PAY THE $20 ADMISSION FEE AT THE GATE, AND THE COST OF ADMISSION WILL BE TAKEN OFF HOOK FEE. TRACTOR PULLERS – PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER ON THE EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION FORM.

Parking
Parking is free. Please follow the signs in the field off Circle Drive. Handicapped parking will be available off of route 360.
Transportation
Trams are available to transport visitors from the parking lots to the gates free of charge.
***Personal Golf Carts, Gators, or other vehicles are not permitted on the grounds per our insurance carrier. You WILL NOT be able to operate these on the premises. Handicapped Scooter, and motorized wheelchairs are permitted.***
Food
Show Grounds has a multitude of vendors that provide food. Check the Survival Guide for more information. Only major food vendors are included.
Alcoholic Beverages cannot be brought onto the Grounds during the Field Day of the Past event.
Pets
Field Day of the Past is a pet friendly show. Dogs must be leashed and be current on all vaccinations. Please be kind to other guests by cleaning up after your pet. Also, be aware that there are large crowds, loud noises, children, farm animals, and other dogs in attendance. If you don’t think your dog will be comfortable in this environment, please let them stay at home. We ask that no animals be left in cars.
